Hounslow

As this was a fabricate and supply only project, we decided to fully assemble it in our factory to ensure the site team has no problems with the installation. This comprised - 15 tonne support frame consisting of 1016x305x483 UB's, 254x254x73 &202x203x46 UC's and 150x150x15 RSA braces.

Devonshire Row

Internal works to an existing four storey building. All internal floors were removed and new steelwork was installed to create four new floor levels along with staircases and curved rafters to the roof area.
This project also involved work on the exterior of the building. The addition of a new five storey structure to the full length of the existing building with new lift core to two areas.

Kings Cross

Installation of crash deck to the delivery ramp servicing Kings Cross St Pancras station. This was installed to allow the demolition of the existing slab over the delivery ramp whilst keeping the busy service area accessible at all times. Existing circular concrete columns were strengthened with a fabricated full height cylindrical steel plated sleeve. New plate girders from fourteen to twenty ton were installed to ground level. All works carried out to the existing structure to enable the construction of the new Google head office at Kings Cross.

Hyperion

New steelwork from the twelfth to fifteenth floor levels of an existing building. Steelwork installed to create a new feature stair opening through four floors of the existing office space. The new main members, two per floor, had to span sixteen and a half metres each. As the only access to these floor levels was via the goods lift, all members had to be designed no bigger than four metres and then spliced together on the floor level before lifting into place with 10 tonne electric hoists.
